Privacy policy

Your email address, so we can send you sign-in links, reports and receipts. There are no passwords.

If you use the free Shop check on our homepage: your email, your store's domain and the search you entered, so we can follow up about your store, and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit how many checks one visitor can run. We never store the address itself.

Your organization: its name, who's in it and their roles, and invitations you send.

The brands you add and the searches you approve or edit for them.

Billing details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep only the Stripe IDs that link your organization to its subscription.

Reports are built from public information: a brand's own website, the public product listings that shop.dev returns to AI shopping agents (titles, descriptions, prices, ratings and sellers), and what AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok answer when asked a shopper's question. None of this is personal information about you.

We keep these readings to show trends and to learn what changes how agents rank products. Full readings are trimmed after 30 days; the summaries and catalog observations behind them are kept.

Supabase stores our data and handles sign-in. Vercel hosts the site and routes our requests to AI models. Stripe takes payments. Resend sends our email.

To write search topics, listing edits and agent answers, we send brand websites, product listings and searches to AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI) through Vercel's AI Gateway. We don't send them your email or account details.

We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.

We set one cookie to keep you signed in, and remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme in your browser. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Every report has a private link. Anyone you give it to can open the report without signing in, so share it as you would any document. Reports aren't listed anywhere and are kept out of search engines.

You can see and change your organization, team and brands from your account. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and its data deleted, email chris@barktwice.co and we'll take care of it.

Bark Twice is a tool for businesses and isn't meant for children under 16.
