Terms of service

Bark Twice reports how AI shopping agents see, rate and rank brands, and suggests what to change. By creating an account or buying a report you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company.

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure: whoever can open the link can sign in as you. Owners of an organization decide who's on its team.

A brand's first report is $99 and includes 30 days of daily tracking. After that, tracking is $10/month per brand, billed monthly to the organization through Stripe. Every brand you add is priced the same. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes may apply.

You can cancel any time from Billing in your account. Tracking runs until the end of the period you've paid for, then daily readings stop. Your reports stay available.

All payments are final. We don't offer refunds or credits, including for reports already run, partial months, or tracking you cancel before the period ends, except where the law requires it.

Reports describe what shop.dev and AI assistants returned when we asked. Agents and catalogs change how they rank products without notice, and answers from AI assistants vary from one ask to the next. Scores, payoffs and estimates are our best reading of the data, not a promise of rankings, traffic or sales.

Suggested fixes are suggestions. You decide what to change in your own store, and you're responsible for the changes you make, including keeping product claims accurate.

Bark Twice isn't affiliated with Shopify, Shop, shop.dev, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or any brand shown on the site.

Don't use Bark Twice to break the law, to harass a brand or person, or to try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours. Don't scrape the service, resell it, or put an unreasonable load on it. We may suspend accounts that do.

The brands, searches and team details you give us remain yours, and you let us use them to run the service. The reports, software, design and name are ours. Brand names, product names, logos and images in reports belong to their owners.

Bark Twice is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Bark Twice is based in Utah. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about them or the service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

You can stop using Bark Twice at any time. We may change or end the service. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. Questions go to chris@barktwice.co.
